To function, Wiyadam Expense Tracker requires access to your SMS messages via the READ_SMS permission on Android. Specifically:
Local Processing: All SMS parsing (e.g., extracting transaction amount, description, and date/time) happens entirely on your device. We do not send SMS content or any derived data to our servers or any third parties.
Purpose: The parsed transaction details are displayed within the app for your personal use and convenience.
No Storage: We do not store SMS messages or transaction details beyond what is necessary to display them during your use of the app. Once you close the app or clear the data, this information is no longer retained by the app.
No Collection: We do not collect, store, or upload your SMS messages or any personal information to our servers or any external systems.
No Sharing: We do not share your SMS data, transaction details, or any other information with third parties, including advertisers, analytics providers, or other entities.
Local Only: All data processing is confined to your device, ensuring your privacy is maintained.

Since all processing occurs locally on your device:
Permission Control: You can deny or revoke the READ_SMS permission at any time via your Android settings (Settings > Apps > Wiyadam Expense Tracker > Permissions). Note that denying this permission will prevent the app from functioning as intended.
Uninstall: If you no longer wish to use the app, uninstalling it removes all temporary data processed by the app from your device.
Wiyadam Expense Tracker is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly process data from minors.
